Can I bring a plus-one, or are my kids invited?

Your invitation covers everyone named in your household. Look yourselves up on the RSVP page — anyone listed there, kids included, is invited for the whole weekend.

I have a dietary restriction or allergy — what do I do?

We'll have options to cover most common restrictions at every meal. If there's something serious we should know about, just reach out to us directly.

By when do I need to RSVP?

Kindly respond by November 1, 2026 — the RSVP page is open any time before then, and you can come back to update your answers after.

What is the tea ceremony?

The tea ceremony is a Vietnamese tradition rooted in the idea of bringing our two communities together through a celebratory procession of door games, shared tea and food, parental advice, gift giving, and gratitude. Traditional Vietnamese wear (áo dài) is optional, but cocktail attire is requested.

Can I come partway through the tea ceremony?

Yes! Please join us at any part (please update your RSVP for the tea ceremony so we know how much Vietnamese lunch to cater). For those not a part of the formal procession at the tea ceremony, feel free to come watch events unfold, or join whenever works for you. See Getting There for directions, or if you'd like to drive or rideshare on a different schedule, please text the bride or groom to make sure parking is available.

What's the weather going to be like?

San Francisco in February runs cool and often foggy, usually mid-50s°F. Stinson Beach is a few degrees colder and windier right on the water — layers both days.

Do I need a car, or is there parking?

• Friday: no need to drive — we're bussing everyone between the city and Stinson Beach and back. Check back here for times.
  • If you can't join us on the bus schedule, there are Ubers/Lyfts available to the area. If you plan to drive, limited parking is available — text Lisa/Ryan to coordinate.
• Saturday: City Hall and Greens are both a quick BART or Uber ride from most hotels in SF — see the travel page for the full rundown.
